What We Collect

Australian Stationery Awards collects the minimum information needed to run community reviews and awards voting. If you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, provider name, and provider user ID. If you sign in by email link, we store the name and email address you provide.

How We Use It

We use this information to keep reviews and votes credible, prevent duplicate voting, let you update your own review, and help moderators investigate suspicious activity. We do not sell personal information.

What Appears Publicly

Public review pages may show a display name and review text. We do not publicly show your private email address. Admin moderators may see limited account details for trust and safety review.

Cookies And Authentication

We use secure authentication cookies and Supabase Auth sessions so you can sign in, vote, and write reviews. Google and email-link sign-in are handled through Supabase Auth.

Deleting Your Data

You can request deletion of your ASA account data, reviews, and votes by following the instructions on the User Data Deletion page.
