User Data Deletion

Request removal of your ASA data.

If you signed in to Australian Stationery Awards with Google or an email link, you can request deletion of the personal data linked to that sign-in.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email us from the same email address you used to sign in, where possible.
  2. Use the subject line `Data deletion request`.
  3. Tell us whether you used Google or email-link sign-in.
  4. We will delete or anonymise your ASA profile data, reviews, and votes where technically possible.

What We Remove

We remove or anonymise the profile record associated with your sign-in, including display name, email, avatar URL where present, provider ID where present, reviews, and votes linked to your ASA user ID.

Some non-personal aggregate counts may remain, such as total award vote counts or anonymised review metrics, so the awards record remains coherent.
